Aplikacja

Regulamin dotyczy aplikacji Liarly („aplikacja”). Udzielamy Ci osobistej, niewyłącznej licencji na korzystanie z aplikacji w celach prywatnej rozrywki. Przy zakupach w App Store obowiązuje także standardowa umowa licencyjna Apple (EULA).

Premium

Premium odblokowuje dodatkowe treści. „Na zawsze” to jednorazowy zakup. „Miesięcznie” i „Rocznie” to automatycznie odnawiane subskrypcje rozliczane przez Apple lub Google; subskrypcja odnawia się w tej samej cenie, chyba że anulujesz ją co najmniej 24 godziny przed końcem okresu. Zarządzasz nią w ustawieniach konta sklepu. Zwroty obsługuje Apple lub Google według swoich zasad.

Twoje listy haseł

Odpowiadasz za treść list, które tworzysz i udostępniasz. Nie udostępniaj treści nielegalnych, obraźliwych ani naruszających prawa innych.

Graj z głową

Tryb kalamburów wymaga poruszania telefonem. Trzymaj go pewnie i uważaj na otoczenie.

Brak gwarancji

Aplikacja jest udostępniana „tak jak jest”. W granicach prawa nie odpowiadamy za szkody pośrednie. Nic w regulaminie nie ogranicza Twoich ustawowych praw konsumenta.

Prawo i kontakt

Regulamin podlega prawu polskiemu, z zachowaniem bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów o ochronie konsumentów w Twoim kraju. Kontakt: kontakt@liarly.app.

The app

These terms apply to the Liarly app ("the app"). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app for private entertainment. For purchases made on the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Premium

Premium unlocks additional content. "Lifetime" is a one-time purchase. "Monthly" and "Yearly" are auto-renewable subscriptions billed by Apple or Google; a subscription renews at the same price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your word lists

You are responsible for the content of lists you create and share. Do not share content that is illegal, hateful or infringes others' rights.

Play responsibly

The charades mode involves moving the phone. Hold it securely and be mindful of your surroundings.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
